Privacy Policy

This privacy policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data when visiting this website. The relevant law is the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM (Neue Medien Münnich), Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The server is located in Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

When the website is accessed, technically necessary data are logged on the server:

  • IP address (truncated where possible)
  • date and time of the request
  • requested URL / resource
  • HTTP status code and transferred data size
  • user agent (browser, operating system)
  • referrer

Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating, securing and stabilising the website). Logs are deleted after at most seven days, unless they are required for the defence against specific attacks.

3. Contact by email

When you contact me by email, your information (email address, name, content) is processed solely for handling your request. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and (f) (legitimate interest in efficient communication). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of processing, at the latest after statutory retention periods expire.

4. Reach measurement with Pirsch Analytics

To analyse visitor behaviour I use Pirsch Analytics (Pirsch Analytics UG, Berlin, Germany), a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics tool:

  • no cookies, no local storage
  • no cross-device tracking
  • IP addresses are only briefly processed and immediately anonymised (hash-based daily-visitor recognition)
  • no transfer to third countries; server location Germany

Recorded data: requested page, referrer, approximate region (based on anonymised IP), browser and operating system. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A data processing agreement with Pirsch is in place. More information: pirsch.io/privacy .

5. Fonts

The "Chillax" and "Synonym" fonts are served locally from my server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font CDN.

6. No third-party services

This website embeds no external scripts, iframes, maps, videos or social media plug-ins. Apart from the services listed under points 2 and 4, no data are transmitted to third parties.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right at any time to:

  • obtain information about the data stored about you (Art. 15)
  • have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16)
  • have your data deleted (Art. 17)
  • restrict processing (Art. 18)
  • data portability (Art. 20)
  • object to processing (Art. 21)

To exercise your rights or for any questions, an informal email to hi@robindoerr.de is sufficient.

8. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You may at any time lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority for me as the controller is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestr. 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf (ldi.nrw.de).
